In just 3 short years they were taking on and succeeding at larger projects that included Full renovations, Property Restoration due to fire, flood etc & being a trusted source for Property Management Companies in the Tri-City area. About the Owner:
Michael Wolf
After graduating with a Bachelor degree in Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Michael immediately jumped into the electrical sector. It didn’t take him long to realize that he desired more of a challenge and set forth to embark on starting his own General Contracting Business.
Grand River Construction was born. Michael used his knowledge from his education, his straight forward common sense approach and honed in on his natural ability to lead a team into the successful company it is today.
15 years later, if you are in the construction industry albeit Restoration, Re-modeling or Property Management, you will likely know Michael Wolf’s name. His reputation to be fair and honest is reminiscent of the ‘Good ol’ days. Times have changed, but his word still means his word and a hand shake means something.
His long standing, reliable staff shows not only does Mike offer top shelf service to his customers but he knows and respects the fact that having a great team and treating them with respect is one of the cornerstones of success.
